Each time you see it, pause and ask yourself: 'Am I approaching God with the awe and humility He deserves, or have I shrunk Him down to the size of my problems?'

Lord God, like Job I stand in awe of Your majesty — You stretch out the heavens, You hang the earth on nothing, and all of creation exists only because You sustain it by Your power. Forgive me for the times I have shrunk You down to the size of my worries, or approached You without the wonder You deserve. Teach me to worship You not only when life is easy, but in the hard and uncertain places, just as Job did — knowing that even my deepest understanding of You is only the faintest whisper of Your true glory.
