Exodus — Chapter 39 (BSB)

"The twelve stones corresponded to the names of the sons of Israel. Each stone was engraved like a seal with the name of one of the twelve tribes."
Each tribe had its own stone — unique, distinct, and precious — set into the breastpiece that rested over the high priest's heart. This speaks tenderly to you as an individual: God does not see you as part of a faceless crowd but knows you by name, as someone uniquely precious to Him. Your identity before God is personal and irreplaceable.
Exodus 39:30-31 (BSB)
"They also made the plate of the holy crown of pure gold, and they engraved on it, like an inscription on a seal: HOLY TO THE LORD. Then they fastened to it a blue cord to mount it on the turban, just as the LORD had commanded Moses."
The golden plate engraved with 'Holy to the Lord' sat upon the turban at the very top of the high priest's head — the most visible, crowning declaration of Israel's worship.
